My experiences have allowed me to develop a strong sense of empathy. Understanding the different lenses in which students think, as well as the differing environments they come from, truly aids in the establishment of strong, supportive relationships. As a life-long learner myself, I believe that with every new interaction there is an opportunity to further one’s understanding.
