About Kim

I am the author of the upcoming book Be Awesome. My earlier academic background was in teaching language, but in the last ten 13 years, I have been fascinated with spirituality, health, and personal development. I am a certified holistic health coach through the Institution of Integrative Nutrition as well as a Certified Personal Fulfillment Coach through the Certified Coaches Alliance.

About the lesson

My teaching methodology is founded upon genuine curiosity and wanting the best for my coachee. I believe that each person is the expert of her or himself. Through a series of questions, students get to know what makes them fulfilled, what's getting in the way, and how to implement a plan to shift toward their goal.

I listen deeply to understand the student. I repeat back what the student says, and ask for clarification.
