I am a CSEP certified personal trainer. I have a diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion from Niagara College and am currently a Kinesiology student at Brock University. I am also currently an intern with Brock Sports Performance, coaching strength and conditioning with varsity athletes. I am passionate about fitness, health, and sport! I have experience in cross-training and boot camp style classes but can create a plan to meet the needs of any individual.
