About Javier

Hello! :)

My name is Javier and I live in Madrid (Spain).
I'm a teacher of Spanish as a foreign language, and I'm certified as an ELE teacher by the International House in Madrid. I also combine teaching Spanish online with my university studies. I have always enjoyed teaching and making it possible for other people to learn through me. I love to see how my students learn my language and progress with me.

About the lesson

The classes will be totally personalised. I adapt to the needs of each student, setting a first session to get to know each other and establish objectives. I try to make each class unique and dynamic, providing the key content to be learned, and putting it into practice with various exercises. In addition, I try to make sure that all the exercises we do are based on real cases and that they can be applied to everyday life.

If you are looking for a teacher who wants to help you above all else, don't hesitate to contact me. I will adjust to what you need, and I will look for the way that best suits you to learn Spanish.

I already have experience teaching Spanish online (and face-to-face) to foreigners. It all started after the 2020 pandemic, since then I have had the opportunity to teach my language to people from all over the world (I have had students from France, Ireland, Poland, USA, Brazil...). It' s something that I am truly passionate about and that, now that I have tried it, I wouldn't change for anything.
I' m also a private teacher in Spain, mainly working with teenagers, so teaching is part of my daily life.

The lessons focus mainly on conversation and grammar practice in an interactive way with lots of resources, videos and practical exercises.

I can also help you, among other things, to improve your pronunciation, to prepare for a job interview or a university or high school exam.
