About Adam
I am a certified coach (NCCP) who has been working with runners of all ages and abilities for over 5 years. I also work as a speed development coach for athletes of all sport backgrounds in all levels (beginner to pro athletes). Football, soccer, hockey, biathlon, ultimate, basketball, triathlon, baseball, cricket, softball, volleyball, and more!

I have been mentored by a top Olympic track coach over the last few years and have worked alongside him with various sports groups and teams in a speed development role. This has carried over into coaching runners as well. I have adopted the LTAD (Long Term Athlete Development) model of coaching for all individuals and groups that I work with. Patience is key in bringing out the best long term results, whether you are a beginner, weekend warrior, or a pro athlete!
