Enhancing confidence, discipline, and professional training, along with experience in successful Taekwondo instruction. Over 30 years of Taekwondo experience, participation in Iran’s national Taekwondo team, achievement of various international titles, and 15 years of coaching experience working with students ranging from children to adults.

In-person training sessions begin with 2 minutes of focus and Zen breathing to improve concentration, followed by a structured warm-up including both static and dynamic stretching. The program is designed to enhance the student’s physical conditioning and includes an initial assessment of the student’s physical fitness and capabilities.Training continues with instruction in Taekwondo kicking and hand techniques, as well as core martial arts skills. Each training session is tailored according to the student’s goals (sparring or forms) and skill level (beginner or advanced).
Each class is structured for a duration of 1 hour and 15 minutes. Student progress is evaluated every five sessions to ensure continuous improvement and proper development.
