About Amanda
My name is Amanda, and I am a BC-certified teacher with over seven years of experience teaching youth and adult learners. I specialize in English language and visual arts, and I bring a calm, organized, and supportive approach to my work. Outside of teaching, I am a practicing artist and an avid climber who values creativity, curiosity, and lifelong learning—passions that naturally shape how I teach. My lessons are thoughtfully planned, student-centered, and adapted to individual goals, helping learners build skills, confidence, and a positive relationship with learning in a professional and encouraging environment.
