About Arsham

My name is Arsham, and I am a TPA-certified tennis coach with 16+ years of competitive tennis experience and 6 years of coaching experience.

I played tennis at a highly competitive level throughout my playing years and represented my schools in competition. During my playing career, I received multiple MVP recognitions and competed in several tournaments and won titles.

Over the years, I have gained experience in different camps, academies, and training environments in Toronto and internationally. This has allowed me to work with players of different ages, goals, and skill levels, from young beginners to experienced players.

In addition to tennis, I have also gained experience in personal training and soccer coaching. These experiences have added to my overall knowledge of sports, movement, fitness, and the human body, which helps me create more well-rounded and effective training sessions personalized to each student.

After my competitive playing years, I developed a passion for coaching and helping players improve. I now use my playing and training experience to share practical knowledge, build confidence, and help students enjoy the game while improving their skills.

About the lesson

I offer four types of tennis sessions depending on your goals and preferences:

Private Lessons: One-on-one coaching for personalized instruction and focused improvement.

Semi-Private Lessons: Two players training together, ideal for friends, siblings, or partners who want to improve together at a lower price per person.

Group Lessons: Group training for more than two players, with a maximum of four players, to keep each session active, organized, and productive at an even more affordable price per person.

Sparring Sessions: For players who already know how to play and want quality rallying, refine their match strategy, fitness, or casual tennis with an experienced hitting partner.

Lessons are available for students ages 6 and up, from beginner to advanced levels.

Beginner Players:
For new players or players still building fundamentals. We focus on the basics of tennis, including forehand, backhand, serve, footwork, and rallying, with the goal of helping you enjoy and play the beautiful game as soon as possible.

Intermediate & Advanced Players:
For players who already have experience and want focused improvement. We work on technique, consistency, movement, serve/return, strategy, point play, and match performance.
