I am a certified yoga instructor and personal trainer with a large background in strength training and nutrition, and a passion for holistic wellness. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in theatre with a minor and dance and am currently studying creative writing.

I believe that yoga is way more than just what happens on the mat and I bring part of the yoga philosophy into the class so that we can apply it to our everyday life and our own path of personal growth. I tailor the practice to the individual student’s level of experience and their unique body and journey. I can move between teaching styles from a slow, relaxing hatha class to a strong vinyasa flow that will get your heart pumping.
