About Ashwani

My yoga journey began in India during my college days. I practiced for about 7 years then. Later, I became an engineer and worked in the telecommunications industry for 15 years. Engineering was not my true calling, though. I was always drawn to spirituality, health, and Ayurveda. So, I practiced yoga part-time alongside my job. But I didn't take it up full-time because I was worried about paying the bills. Finally, I listened to my heart and completed a yoga teacher training course. That's when I felt truly happy and fulfilled. I wanted to share my love of yoga with others, so I started teaching. Through yoga, spirituality, and meditation, I regained the flexibility I had in school and became more relaxed and content. My people skills improved, and my overall health improved too. Now, my goal is to help others transform their lives through yoga.
