About Sari
After graduating from physical education university, I have been engaging in the yoga and fitness industry since 2011. I have a bachelor's degree in sports science. I was a yoga studio director in Tokyo, Japan and managed 4 studios to attract over 2,000 clients in one year. ・Create new lessons and provide the best class for clients. ・Training of instructors. Offering classes for children as young as 6 years old and adults of all ages to focus on the real growth and achievement of my students. I am also available to teach corporations and sports teams.

I teach hatha yoga, vinyasa yoga, zuddha yoga (it begins with kriya), Pilates and gymnastic stretch (acquired from Olympic coach). I will help you further your mind and body through your practice. 24-Hour Cancellation Policy: Students wishing to cancel or reschedule their lesson must provide written notice within 24 hours of class start time.
