I am a certified yoga teacher and registered kinesiologist with a background in dance. I have been working in recreation complexes, yoga studios and retirement homes for over 4 years now with participants of varying ages and abilities. Let's get started!

I believe that everyone learns in a different way, so the class I teach will entirely depend on my participants and what they're comfortable with. Although there are many different styles of yoga, anything I teach will be based on the ability and experience of the given individual as well and be tailored to them. My classes start of f slow and calm before moving more quickly through poses, and winding back down at the end of class. My goal is to make everyone comfortable and confident in learning yoga.
