About Jinghan

I am Jinghan, a certified yoga teacher with a background in Chinese medicine and a strong focus on holistic health, body awareness, and nervous system regulation. My teaching combines traditional yoga practice with breathwork, alignment-based movement, and integrative wellness tools to support both physical and mental well-being.

I work with a clear and structured methodology that prioritizes safety, precision, and adaptability. Each session is carefully adjusted to the student’s level, physical condition, and personal goals. My approach is not based on fixed sequences, but on intelligent progression and attentive guidance, ensuring that every student can practice with confidence and without unnecessary risk of injury.

My training in Chinese medicine allows me to bring a broader understanding of the body beyond posture and flexibility. I pay attention to energy flow, tension patterns, and stress responses, which helps students develop a more balanced and sustainable practice over time. Depending on the session, I may also integrate breathing techniques, relaxation practices, and sensory elements such as sound or aromatherapy to deepen the experience.

I place strong emphasis on professionalism, clarity, and student safety. Whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced practitioner, I ensure that each class is structured, intentional, and adapted in real time to your needs. My goal is to help you build not only physical strength and flexibility, but also greater calm, awareness, and resilience in daily life.

My classes are suitable for adults of all levels, including beginners, intermediate practitioners, and individuals seeking stress relief, improved posture, or a more mindful approach to movement.

My teaching approach is built on a holistic, body–mind integration system that combines traditional yoga practice with elements of Chinese medicine and sensory awareness training.

Each session is structured around three core layers:

Physical alignment and biomechanics: I guide students through postures with precise attention to joint safety, spinal alignment, and muscular activation. Adjustments are adapted to each body type and mobility level.
Breathwork (pranayama): I use structured breathing techniques to regulate the nervous system, improve focus, and support emotional balance. Breath is treated as the foundation of every movement.
Energetic and sensory regulation: Drawing from my Chinese medicine background, I integrate concepts such as energy flow, grounding, and internal balance. Depending on the session, I may incorporate sound therapy or aromatherapy to deepen relaxation and awareness.

My teaching style is adaptive rather than fixed: I do not apply a single sequence to every student. Instead, I design the practice based on the individual’s physical condition, stress level, goals, and lifestyle.
