About Sailey
Welcome! I’m Saileyee , a dedicated and passionate Yoga Trainer with 8 years of experience in guiding individuals towards improved health and well-being through personalized yoga therapy. My journey into yoga began after i faced lot of health issues with the lifestyle i had like back and neck pain, insomnia, anxiety etc. I decided not to start taking pills and reverse my health conditions. I started learning yoga and seeing my problems gradually reducing i started teaching too. I got certified in RYT200 and Yoga Therapist and since then, I have been committed to helping clients overcome physical and mental challenges through the transformative power of yoga.
