About Vanessa

Hello everyone, my name is Vanessa Moreno, I am 20 years old, and I have been practicing the sport of cheerleading for more than 11 years. Since I started it has been a way to let off steam, to free myself, to live in another way. It is a very demanding sport, in terms of individual physical and mental performance, and also the fusion of everything so that excellent group work is carried out. All my life I have recommended people to practice my sport, it is truly very functional, and it is a combination of many acrobatics, gymnastics, dance, choreography, it is 2 minutes and 30 seconds, which are practiced for 6 months to give a brilliant result. If you are interested in joining a cheer group, I will gladly support you in developing the tools and skills for this, as well as connecting you with a good club for you to train. If, on the other hand, you want the training to be something more for you, for your pleasure, I will clearly help you achieve what you are looking for. I am willing to teach at any age, from 5-year-olds to adults 25-30 if you like, just tell me, and believe me you will learn a lot.

About the lesson

Firstly, we will have the initiation class to know your abilities, your state and physical rhythm, and with this we will develop a training plan for the objective you want. Something very incredible about cheerleading is that you can fulfill several functions, you can be a "flyer", the person who is on top; "base" who lifts the flyer; "spotter" who accompanies the base to better support the flyer; equally anyone can develop skills in gymnastics, we start from 0 if there is no knowledge about it. With me you can learn, not only elements of gymnastics or acrobatics, but also flexibilities, body expressions, physical training to improve your health, among others; This is a sport that has no age limit, as long as you want to learn a new very challenging and extravagant sport, you are welcome.
