Hi, I’m David Adrian. I’m a professional chef and a Spanish-speaking language enthusiast who enjoys connecting with people through food, culture, and conversation.

As someone who has worked in the culinary world, I understand the importance of communication, patience, and paying attention to individual needs. I bring these same qualities to my Spanish lessons. I’m friendly, patient, and committed to creating a comfortable environment where students feel confident making mistakes, asking questions, and expressing themselves in Spanish.

I enjoy meeting people from different backgrounds and sharing the language and culture of Spanish-speaking countries. For me, Spanish is much more than vocabulary and grammar—it is a way to connect with people, discover new traditions, enjoy food, and experience life from a different perspective.

Whether you are a complete beginner, an adult looking to learn something new, or a parent looking for an engaging Spanish experience for your child, I will do my best to make every lesson enjoyable, practical, and motivating.

About My Teaching Approach

Hi, I’m David Adrian, a Spanish-speaking professional chef who enjoys sharing not only the Spanish language, but also the culture, food, and everyday experiences that make the language come alive.

My approach is practical, relaxed, and personalized. I believe that learning a language should feel useful and enjoyable, not like memorizing endless grammar rules. I focus on conversation, pronunciation, vocabulary, and real-life situations while introducing grammar naturally as students progress.

A typical lesson can begin with a short conversation or warm-up, followed by new vocabulary and expressions related to the student’s interests. We then practice through conversation, simple exercises, role-playing, or cultural topics. Depending on the student, we may explore food, cooking, restaurants, travel, traditions, or everyday life in Spanish-speaking countries.

As a chef, I can bring a unique culinary perspective to my lessons. For students who are interested in food and cooking, we can use recipes, ingredients, menus, and culinary traditions as fun ways to learn Spanish. This makes the language more memorable while also giving students an opportunity to discover Hispanic culture.

My lessons are suitable for children, adults, and beginners who want to build confidence in Spanish from the very beginning. I can adapt the pace, vocabulary, and activities to each student's age, level, goals, and interests.
