About Sanjeev
I have been playing chess since 10 and represented my school and district as a youth. With adult commitments I had a long break in my chess but in last few years have fallen back in love with the game. I had totally forgotten what an incredible game it is and would love to share my passion for it through play and puzzles. I like to think that chess helps you think more logically about all problems and is a useful mental training tool for a lot of logical pursuits and education. But, hey Chess is fun and I believe it should be enjoyed for that. I hope I can help you enjoy it too. I have taught chess to elementary school kids as part of an after school program and to some teens looking to understand the game better.

What can you say? Chess is just the most amazing game, totally timeless and constantly evolving. I aim to show chess as a fun game and go behind the strategies that make players good. Sure, everyone likes to win at whatever game they play and chess is no different. I aim to teach students from total beginners to intermediates the fundamentals of playing solid chess. From the basics of moves, opening principles, openings, endgames, tactics to reading the board and more.
