About Bethany
I like to encourage a safe and comfortable learning style, where students can be confident in their learning environment. I understand how hard it can be to learn when the learning styles don't match up to the student, so, I am very adaptable to changing how the lesson is taught, to ensure the student is learning in a fun, safe and encouraging space. As well as my many years in the mental health profession, I also hold a Master's ESL certificate and have 2 years online ESL teaching.

Learning should be fun, not stressful! I teach in a low stress environment for all abilities to comfortably learn, and at the pace they need. Lessons have included a fun and interactive online platform that feels more like a game than a lesson.
Students will benefit from guided lessons and little mid lesson quizzes to make sure we are on the right track. My style is encouragement, patience and lots of reviews so that students feel and see that they are doing well. My experience is in Elementary up to Junior High grades but I also have a certificate in business ESL.
