About Abbie
I'm a practicing Chiropractor having graduated with a Masters of Chiropractic (MChiro) degree from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic in 2013. I have since been practicing full time in Essex with now over 6 years experience. I have encountered a variety of patients and have particular interest in wellness and approaching complaints by addressing all areas of health- including advice on nutrition, exercise, rest/sleep, stress management etc.

My teaching methodology will depend on what my students require and which areas they feel they need help the most. It can be with videocalls, emails, powerpoint slideshows and setting step-by-step goals to achieve what it is we need to change. This will also depend on the students preferred ways of learning.
