About Josefina
I am an athlete of pole sport since 2 and a half years ago, I train regularly 4 to 5 times a week, I currently give 8 group classes a week. Last year I participated in the Elevate Pole Champioship, becoming the Latin American Champion and this year I am preparing students to compete.

Classes structured in two sections, the physical preparation and the teaching of the pole elements, alternate working flexibility, strength and coordination. You do not need any prior knowledge, everything is directed and executed first by me so that the student can do it later.
