About Gabriel

I am a swimmer and lifeguard for the Royal Spanish Federation of Rescue and Lifeguard. Currently, I am studying medicine at the University of Valencia. Swimming is one of my passions, which I have always practiced with great assiduity. I have a great experience in this sport, although for me it has always been a hobby, I was in a club and I achieved very good records. Also, I have professional experience, I have done internships in the municipal swimming pools of Lliria.

About the lesson

The classes are adapted to the age and level of the student. Beginners will perform exercises to become familiar with the water, buoyancy and breathing during swimming, to progressively learn the different styles. Those of the perfection level will perform exercises to perfect their movements and their styles, we will begin to focus on cardio, speed and resistance exercises. Classes from 4 years old.
