About Amy
I’m a secondary school student
Certification: Level 10 Harmony &Counterpoint
I have been participating in the jazz band and concert band program at my secondary school for 3 years.
I have in-depth knowledge in the jazz and classical world.
The jazz band I am currently in was given the award Best Junior Jazz Band at the 2023 Surrey Jazz Fest. Additionally we were chosen as the one jazz band to play in the Judges Choice Showcase at the 2023 Whistler Cantando Music Festival.
I have been playing first chair and second trombone and demonstrating my abilities as a soloist for 2 years.
