Recognizing the learning diversity and unique profiles in our society, I believe it's vital to tailor the learning environment to suit the individual learner. My approach to learning involves first assessing areas of strength/ weakness and establishing goals which are relevant and obtainable. I also feel it's important to make learning fun and relevant.
