About Pamela
Prioritizing a logical progression ensures your growth remains consistent and avoids frustration. You deserve a clear path forward that respects your current stage as a learner. We incorporate the RCM syllabus to organize your development into manageable milestones.
Orchestral standards and classical repertoire inform the music we choose for your repertoire. My background at The Glenn Gould School allows me to spot technical hurdles early. I explain vibrato and rhythm using the same methods I used during my 13 years of performing. Proper posture and instrument maintenance are integrated into the start of your training.
You will see steady progress as we address these core components. Clear communication defines the environment I create for all my students. We work at a pace that keeps you engaged and challenged.

Performing across Canada for 6 years taught me the value of steady preparation. My Bachelor of Music from The Glenn Gould School forms the basis of my teaching. I focus on rhythm and timing alongside precise scales and arpeggios. Students benefit from 13 years of experience in classical performance.
Sight reading becomes second nature through consistent, methodical practice. I also guide players in orchestral playing and vibrato technique. Music theory underpins every concept I share during our time together.
