As a piano teacher and classical music lover, I am classically trained and currently working towards achieving a higher piano grade level. Febi has been learning piano since childhood and has dedicated over 10 years to performing at church services and fellowships. She is committed to advancing her qualifications in piano by pursuing further musical achievements. After attaining her ABRSM Grade 8 certification, which is equivalent to the highest level of the Royal Conservatory of Music (RCM), she is now preparing to achieve the Licentiate diploma from the Royal Schools of Music (LRSM).
Additionally, Febi is currently enhancing her teaching expertise through the Piano Pedagogy course at The Gorin Institute. She believes that a successful music educator should inspire a passion for music by fostering children's imagination and creativity. With her background as a former social worker, Febi has extensive experience interacting with children. She aims to create a nurturing and supportive learning environment, ensuring that every child enjoys a fulfilling musical journey. Presently, Febi teaches private lessons in her studio. Febi also teaches in Cantonese and Mandarin.
