Classically trained music teacher offers piano, voice and music theory lessons in Windsor Ontario
- at their home
About the lesson
Private piano or singing lessons are usually divided into two parts (I say "usually" because students might learn at a slower or faster pace, and that's ok!) : technical knowledge (sight-reading, theory, scales, warm-up), then "fun" musical pieces (to be decided between the teacher and student). I believe that in order to progress the student has to find his/her own motivation and a willingness to explore many genres and styles of music. Let's discover this together!
- Music reading
- Music Theory
Music Early Learning Activities - for children
- All Levels
Over the past 20 years I have taught piano, voice, music theory and music history to students of all ages and abilities, setting up recitals, preparing for auditions and RCM exams. I hold a Bachelor of Music Performance from the Conservatoire de Musique de Montréal in voice (opera), have been learning the piano from a very young age, and have recently been discovering the recorder (soprano, alto, tenor).
Perfect! She's very patient with 6 yo daughter. Never worried about going over stuff again and again. My daughter loves working with her and she has made good progress in a short time. She's also very accommodating.

I now feel much more confident when I speak French. Noelia is a great teacher. She is very dedicated and pleasant to work with. I recommend her to anybody.
Noelia was my voice teacher for a few years and she is very professional and an excellent teacher. She is methodical and very well educated. I made real progress as a singer with her help. I would highly recommend her to any student.

Due to the global pandemic, lessons are being offered online until further notice. Private lesson times are usually 30 mins once a week, but can be longer depending on the student’s age and level of playing.
The standard price is $20 per 30min lesson, once a week, that is $80 per month (4 lessons). To avoid any confusion, I ask the students (or their parents) to pay at the beginning of each month.
I offer discounts if you pay bundles in advance : $190 for 5 hours (10 lessons) or $360 for 10 hours (20 lessons). Ideal for families with siblings or students taking multiple instruments (voice and piano).
Group lesson costs (music theory, history, ensembles) will be discussed depending on the number of students, and instrument types.
Cancellation of a lesson must be made AT LEAST 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson time in order to receive a make-up lesson. No shows or failure to notify me within 24 hours is considered a forfeited lesson.
I teach in English or French.
