About Anouk

I am a committed violin teacher with 7 years of experience teaching beginner, intermediate, and advanced students. Over the years, I have successfully taught around 150 students, helping them improve technique, musical understanding, and confidence. My tutoring style is student-centered and encouraging.

I believe effective learning happens when lessons are clear and tailored to individual needs. I adjust my teaching methods to suit each student’s goals while maintaining structure and focus. My lessons focus on posture, bow control, finger technique, intonation, rhythm accuracy, and tone development. I also teach music theory, sight-reading, scales, and ear training to strengthen musical knowledge.

Advanced students receive guidance in musical expression and performance preparation. One of my strengths is helping students stay focused and organized. I guide them in setting realistic goals and practicing effectively. I explain techniques clearly and use practical examples to support learning. In addition to violin lessons, I can teach basic music theory and assist with practice strategies. My goal is to help students grow into confident, skilled, and motivated violin players.

About the lesson

My violin teaching methodology is designed around adaptation, flexibility, collaboration, and a positive learning environment. I believe that patience and encouragement help students learn better and faster.

I focus on violin fundamentals such as posture, left-hand positioning, bowing techniques, tuning, tone development, and rhythm accuracy. I use simple explanations and clear demonstrations to help students understand each concept.

Flexibility allows me to modify lessons and exercises when students face challenges. I provide alternative practice methods and include enjoyable pieces to maintain interest and motivation.

Collaboration helps students feel involved in their learning journey. I encourage feedback and active participation. Positivity is maintained by recognizing improvement and building confidence.

Along with violin instruction, I also teach music theory, ear training, sight-reading, rhythm exercises, and basic performance skills, supporting complete musical growth.
