About Alexandra
Hello! Welcome to my profile. I am a Clinical Psychology Ph.D. student with a passion for helping individuals with ADHD and executive functioning challenges.
I offer a warm, collaborative, and structured space to build practical executive functioning skills that support daily functioning with ADHD. My approach is evidence-based and skills-focused, targeting areas such as organization, planning, task initiation, and time management.

Each session begins with a check-in to review what has been going well and troubleshoot any current challenges. From there, we work on a specific executive functioning strategy, with concrete tools and exercises to practice during the week between sessions.
My goal is to help you build sustainable systems and skills that generalize beyond our sessions into everyday life.
Please note that all sessions are coaching, not psychotherapy.
