About Ruby-Anne
I am a first year Recreation Therapy student who has worked with tutoring students in numerous subjects for 4 years. I have peer tutored a grade 9 Applied Mathematics class for 5 months and have peer tutored individuals in grade 10/11/12 Applied Mathematics. I graduated high school with a 90.75% in all applied/college level Mathematics courses.

My teaching methods vary by giving students numerous ways to approach questions. A typical class would be going through a lesson while providing examples, doing examples with students and then allowing the students to do work on their own and providing help when needed. What makes me special as a tutor is that I can teach different ways of approaching the problem to help students better understand the questions (on paper/chalkboard, hands-on, watching videos, demonstrating on a calculator). These classes are meant for students in grades JK/SK-12.
