Harshini is an enthusiast when it comes to tutoring. Harshini has had the opportunity to do volunteer work in different areas.

If it has taught her a thing or two, it would be developing interpersonal skills which are required to understand the needs of a person as a student, on top of that harshini also has inculcated values like patience in herself that allows her to bring highest potential out of a student.

Harshini has had the experience when it comes to teaching and thrives on it, especially with the love she has for the education system here in Canada.

About the lesson

1. I believe every student has a different internal method of grasping concepts, so my first focus is on understanding that system.
2. Along with understanding individual needs, I like to make sure I teach them and provide proper flashcards and notes and maybe even some tricks to prepare for the trickiest concept.
3. I like to also have a separate hour where I can take all the doubts a student might have.
4. I believe that the education system here in Canada is such that it requires more revision of the same concepts over and over again, hence repetitive small tests to keep topics fresh in their mind.
5. My lessons would be for students from middle school to high school.
