Since ESL pertains to language, and language is a tool for communication, my main objective in every class is to make sure that every learner learns a way to express themselves even in a simple way; may it be in speaking, writing or gesture.
As every session should flow smoothly, organizing how to deliver a set lesson and making sure that the objective for the day is met with the help of a pre-prepared written lesson plan.
Looking back from where I've been, I could say that learners are unique in their own ways. Considering every learner's learning method and consolidating them in coming up with an activity or two so the class in general will not just grasp the lesson but also leave the room with a happy expression has always been my reward for the day.
Learners, from elementary to high school, from beginner to intermediate level, who don't use English as their daily medium of communication are suitable audience.
