About Jennifer
Hi, I'm Jennifer. I'm a second year at University of Auckland studying Engineering and Commerce. Harp has been a part of my life for over a decade now and it brings me joy to share the beauty of harp to others. I have completed ATCL in 2019 with Distinction and performed at Carnegie Hall. I am able to teach beginners to intermediate level around the Auckland area and have been teaching for over 7 years. Some of my other hobbies are art, going to the gym, reading and crafting. I really look forward to teaching you!

Lessons are typically 1~1.5 hours long for proficient students but can be shorter for beginners. Most of the time would be spent on the pieces in ensuring that the notes are correct, good hand shape/fingerings and an overall musicality is pleasant. I also teach students how they should practice at home as it is essential to improving. For students who want to do exams, I can assist in preparing them to achieve a good result.
