As my point of view, if someone has gone through a problem and got a solution by experiencing for a long time, he/she can help others easily in terms of the same problem that what should do in that situation. I have a great experience of having fear in mathematics and got solution after a long time, so I can help students a lot from my knowledge and experience to understand and love the subject.

Mathematics is a big fear for students, out of 10 students minimum 5 students have that fear. And the fear comes from lack of understanding of the subject. A student, who have the fear in mathematics, need such a mentor/ teacher, who will not only teach him/her, but also understand his/her position. I have been gone through this fear in my school days and I can feel the fear. I have a great experience trough my journey, so I can help students a lot to destroy the fear and love the subject mathematics.
