About Daniel

I was not a naturally academic student in school. I finished with below-average GCSEs, chose the wrong course in college, and stayed too long in a career that did not inspire me. However, through a series of events that led me to the study of law, I became keen and passionate about the subject. I wish to instill that same level of confidence and excitement in my students, especially those who feel, as I did, that I may not be 'suited' or capable of studying law.

In June of 2024, I graduated with a first-class degree in law having achieved both first place in mock advocacy competitions and the additional accolade of 'Best Individual Advocate'.
My assignment scores were exemplary, having performed best in contract and tort law, criminal law and equity, trusts and land law. Employed within a London law firm, I can also bring a practical angle to your lessons. I can provide not only an understanding of how law, in theory, is applicable in a professional setting but also the discrepancy between theoretical law and practice.

About the lesson

I do not have a teaching 'style' or 'methodology'. Each student learns in a different way and I see it as my role as a tutor to engage with the student in a way that will produce results.

My typical lesson will last an hour but I am happy to provide longer sessions to those who are keen.
