My teaching method is concept based. I don't believe in rote learning. I believe if you have understood a concept you will automatically be able to memorize it. I use a lot of teaching aids like videos to explain concepts, real life examples, flash cards, various quizzes etc.
Teaching is a responsibility no a job and hailing from a teaching family I also have some of it in my genes.
