About Swapnil
At the age of 10, I remember finishing the final level on the Super Mario Bros and saving the Princess. It is pointless to even count the number of tries it took me to finish the first level, let alone getting to the last level. Surely, at that very young age I wasn’t concerned with failure, but rather was concerned with the end goal.
I call it the video game effect, in other words, by shifting my focus on the end goal and treating failures as a learning phase, I trick my brain to continuously persevere and see more success. I try and apply the video game effect in all aspects of my life.
