I have been tutoring elementary school students since I was preparing to sit for high school exams, in my case O levels and A levels. After moving to Canada and starting school at Fraser international college, my computing professor was so happy with my skills, he asked me to be his assistant. I transferred to Simon Fraser University with a gpa of 3.68. My method of teaching includes getting into the basics of math for greater understanding. I am extremely patient and am willing to go over something multiple times.
I am a computer science major at Simon Fraser University and I have been tutoring for six years. I’ve tutored over 50 students till now. I’ve helped them with mostly math, some with physics and C++ language. Over 20 of them are now enrolled in college/university and have graduated high school with exceptional grades.
I am in my third year of University, working towards a BSc in Artificial Intelligence. I took my O level and A level exams in Bangladesh and hold a world record by achieving a perfect score in physics in my A levels. I have two high distinctions in math and science from the University of New South Wales, Australia, but decided to move to Vancouver because of the weather.
Iqra and I have embarked upon our undergraduate career about the similar timeline and belonging to the same Faculty of Applied Sciences, I am confident about her quantitative and analytical skills. She has done excellent in her coursework and is specially keen about coding.
She is a patient and kind person making her a suitable candidate for a teacher position. Her ability to explain is quite well and she takes her job as a priority ensuring the deliverable get delivered on time.
At school and at work, I have never seem to stumble upon any negative reviews or comments that deteriorate her credentials.
She would be an excellent addition to any team of teaching professionals and I wish her the best.
I have known Iqra for a very long time. She has a very sharp mind, and is always curious to learn more. Furthermore, she possesses a high degree of emotional intelligence, which usually keeps her on the same page with whoever is her audience. It is therefore my belief that she would make a great teacher, who can both teach, and adapt to her students' temperaments well.
I've been her best friend for the last 5 years so I know quite a lot about her as a person and as a professional. 1st of all she is a great student and has vast knowledge over varieties of topics. She has very good experience in the teaching profession and is able to handle students of all ages between 5 to 20. She has excellent command over english and her explaning capabilities are top notch. Till now I haven't heard a single complaint about her from any students or parents as a teacher.
