About Tze Seng
Hi, I'm Jason (Ng Tze Seng), a graduate in Computing and Information Systems with a professional background in IT and business. I’ve always enjoyed working with numbers, solving problems, and explaining concepts in a simple and structured way. While I’m new to formal tutoring, I bring years of experience in communicating with clients, training staff, and breaking down complex ideas—skills that are essential for teaching. I am patient, approachable, and genuinely interested in helping students improve their understanding and confidence in Mathematics. I am fluent in English, Mandarin, and Malay, and I can teach in the language students are most comfortable with. I take my role as a tutor seriously and am committed to creating a positive and encouraging learning experience for every student.

Although I am new to formal tutoring, I have a strong background in computing, logic, and structured problem-solving from my degree and work in the IT industry. My lessons focus on helping students understand the concepts behind each topic, not just memorizing formulas. I break problems down step-by-step and adjust my pace based on the student’s understanding.
I am patient, supportive, and good at explaining things clearly in English, Mandarin, or Malay. My goal is to help students gain confidence and improve their results gradually through practice and understanding.
Each lesson is typically 1 to 1.5 hours, and I currently teach Mathematics for Primary to Lower Secondary levels (Standard 1 – Form 3). I’m available for both online and in-person lessons around Kuala Lumpur (weekday evenings and weekends).
