About Adella
Actively performing piano for 15 years and as an experienced teacher traveling from Australia to Canada, one of my biggest personal goals is to be able to develop individuality, creativity and virtuosity in the students I teach. In each of my lessons I will provide a rough outline of the goals I want to reach with each student by the end of the lesson. Working with each student, I'd like to be enthusiastic, patient and friendly with both junior and senior students. I am able to communicate in both English and Mandarin Chinese fluently, and am very open to accepting English and Mandarin speaking students.

- ONLINE lessons, available 1-on-1 OR in groups; Offers RCM level 1-7 theory tutoring.

* Enhancing both musical and technical aspects of music making
* TECHNIQUE FOCUS: exercises that focus on finger movement, finger pressure, wrist movement, and arm pressure that help with producing vibrant sounds in performances
* MUSICAL FOCUS: helping students achieve individualistic understanding of the emotional aspect of music and dig it a little deeper - such as interpretative phrasing, understanding the backgrounds and context of the piece before weaving it into a story of its own
* Enthusiastic in helping students learn SIGHT READING, and various methods of practicing!
