About Lucas
I am a concert pianist, piano teacher, and composer with over 25 years of experience in music. I have toured and competed in North America, Europe, and Japan. I recently finished a Doctoral Degree in Music and I have over 10 years experience in teaching piano.

My number one goal is to make sure every student is having fun learning to play piano. Though I have taken my piano training extremely seriously over the years, I would never have bothered with it if I wasn't truly enjoying myself.
The first lesson will be an opportunity or me to gauge what level the student is at and how they best like to learn new skills. I will teach the Royal Conservatory of Music method, but I am also happy to explore other genres of music on the side, such as film music, jazz, rock, and pop.
