About Aaliyah

I am a dedicated and reliable tutor with a genuine passion for education and helping students succeed. I take pride in maintaining a professional, organised, and supportive approach in every lesson, ensuring that students feel comfortable, motivated, and confident in their abilities.

I have experience working with students preparing for the 11+, supporting a range of abilities and helping them build both academic skills and self-confidence. I have a strong interest in History, Social Sciences, and English, and I enjoy bringing this enthusiasm into my teaching. I believe that developing strong reading, comprehension, and critical thinking skills is key to long-term academic success.

Outside of education, I enjoy staying active through running, walking, and going to the gym, as well as spending time in nature. Lesson Structure
Typical lessons last 60 minutes, with a balanced mix of teaching, guided practice, and independent work. Longer sessions can be arranged where needed, especially closer to exam periods.
