About Chantal

Hi! My name is Chantal, and I've been playing the piano for almost 14 years now. I have a DES at the Conservatoire de musique et d'art dramatique de Québec and am familiar with RCM (level 10). I would love to get you started with piano - I tailor my lessons to meet your needs and goals in a way that's digestible :)

About the lesson

-I offer online virtual lessons as well as in-person lessons -I like to set weekly and monthly goals with my students to ensure good and fast progress -I will adapt my teaching style to your needs and goals - I love teaching young kids as well as it is always fun to find creative ways to explain music to them :) -I can provide RCM sheet music for the first few lessons if you are unsure about piano and aren't ready to commit yet -Each lesson will have time set aside for technical practice (scales, études, personalized exercises, etc.) and time to work on the pieces of your choice (or I can suggest the repertoire) -I am fluent in French, English and Mandarin!

Perfect! I was a total beginner, she taught me from scratch. I really loved and enjoyed the lessons we had together. I’d say she’s one of the best piano teachers there is.
