About Louise

With 6 years of tutoring experience and a strong passion for helping learners grow, I teach ESL to both High School and College students. Over the years, I have supported around 150 learners in improving their English communication, academic writing, grammar skills, and confidence. My goal is not only to help students learn English, but to help them use English in real-life situations, in school work, and in their future careers.

My teaching philosophy is simple: learning happens best when students feel supported, motivated, and understood. I believe every learner has a different pace, need, and learning style, so I make sure my lessons are flexible and easy to follow. I focus on creating a safe, friendly, and open environment where students are not afraid to make mistakes. I encourage questions, discussions, and practical language use because real improvement comes from active participation.

I use clear explanations, simple examples, and creative activities to make learning enjoyable. My lessons include speaking practice, vocabulary building, reading tasks, grammar exercises, and writing development. For students who need exam preparation, academic writing support, or help with presentations, I create personalized study plans that match their goals. Many of my students have improved their grades, gained better fluency, and developed strong confidence in English communication.

One of my key achievements is helping struggling students move from basic English levels to strong intermediate or advanced levels within a few months of structured learning. I have also supported students in preparing for interviews, college applications, English proficiency tests, and public speaking tasks. Seeing my students succeed—whether in class discussions, exams, or everyday communication—is the most rewarding part of my work. I teach with patience, consistency, and a positive attitude.

About the lesson

My ESL teaching style is built around Communication, Flexibility, Creativity, Accountability, and Integrity. Communication is the foundation, so I include speaking tasks, reading aloud, and guided dialogues in every lesson.

Flexibility allows me to adjust the teaching style to match different learners—beginners, intermediate students, and advanced learners. Along with ESL, I teach Academic English, Writing Skills, Grammar Basics, and Vocabulary Growth.
Creativity helps students understand English in a fun and natural way. I use interactive tools, storytelling, listening activities, and role-plays to explain new topics.

Accountability helps students stay on the right track. I monitor progress, give feedback, and create achievable goals to help them stay committed.
Integrity allows students to trust the learning process. I support them with honesty, patience, and respect.
This approach builds strong communication skills and helps students use English confidently in school, college, and everyday life.
