About Lydia
Hi! I'm Lydia. I am a current college student at Brigham Young University-Idaho. I have played piano for 8 years and I enjoy sharing the love of music with others. I always love looking for opportunities to improve and learn, and I also love helping others improve and learn.

Lessons typically start with 5-10 minutes of introduction and scales, then the student plays what they had been working on for the week, and for the rest of the lesson, we split up the piece and take it one step at a time. I believe in a lot of encouragement, along with advice on how to do better. I grew up as the oldest of nine children, and worked as a swim lessons instructor and piano teacher throughout high school, so I work well with kids.
