About Azaan
I’m currently a Graduate Entry Medicine student at Swansea University, with a strong academic background in the sciences. Having gone through GCSEs, university study and the competitive medical school application process myself, I understand how challenging studying and preparing for exams can sometimes feel.
I want to teach because I enjoy breaking difficult topics down into clear, manageable explanations and helping students build confidence in subjects they may initially struggle with. I aim to create a relaxed and supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and learning at their own pace.
Alongside GCSE Maths, Biology and Chemistry, I can also support aspiring medical students with areas such as medical school applications, personal statements and interview preparation, using my own experience of successfully gaining a place in Graduate Entry Medicine.

As a medical student, I understand that every student learns differently, so I aim to make my lessons supportive, engaging and tailored to the individual. I offer tutoring in GCSE Maths, Biology and Chemistry, focusing on building a strong understanding of key concepts rather than simply memorising information.
My lessons typically last one hour and combine clear explanations, worked examples, practice questions and exam-style questions. I will adapt each lesson to the student's strengths and weaknesses, helping to identify gaps in knowledge and develop effective exam technique.
I can support students of all abilities, whether you are struggling with a particular topic, aiming for a higher grade, preparing for upcoming exams, or simply looking to become more confident in the subject.
As a Graduate Entry Medicine student, I have a strong academic background in science and understand the demands of studying for competitive courses. I can also offer guidance to students interested in medicine and the medical school application process, drawing on my own experience.
