About Karthik
Hi!
My name is Karthik Balasubramanian, I am currently pursuing a master's degree at Imperial College London in Health Data Analytics and Machine Learning. Prior to this, I completed my undergraduate degree in Mathematics with Statistics at King's College London. I have a genuine passion for helping students out, and nothing makes me happier than seeing students fall in love with Mathematics. While I was born in India, my father's profession made it so that I lived all over the world, from Abu Dabhi, US, India, Dubai, and I've been living in London since 2014. Due to moving around so much, I've seen many different approaches to teachings. Mathematics has always been a subject I've been good at and while people say it's a "dry" subject, what drove me to pursue a mathematics degree were my teachers and I would hope to do the same by finding fun and exciting ways to teach students mathematics!
