About Maaham
Hi I'm Maaham and I'm interested in teaching A level and AS level students biology. As a current Year 13 Student i can understand how overwhelming and tricky education in A-levels can be but I'm willing to help you out there!
I'm starting University soon in September and am interested in studying Optometry in London!
I can fleuntly speak English, Urdu and Hindi and will be fully comfortable in giving lessons in Urdu and Hindi if you prefer!
I can also fluently understand Pahari and Punjabi.
People describe me to be a very outgoing, helpful and an enthusiastic individual which all are very good characteristics to have as a tutor when working with fellow students.

I will be using zoom as a platform to do my lessons on!
I personally find it very beneficial when my teachers/tutors explain topics to me actively while drawing diagrams, labelling and explaining processes step by step which is what i will be doing to help you! In terms of what you need help with i will adapt our lessons accordingly.
Typical length of a tutoring lesson will be an hour.
I do have experience mentoring teaching and presenting to Year 13 students and some students in younger years (year 7's) and having you would be a wonderful addition to my experience!
The exam boards i will teach is OCR A for Biology!
If you are a current Year 12 or Year 13 student struggling with A-level biology then i am the person for you :)
