About Manon

I am a 20-year-old student, who has always loved learning new things at school but who also loved chatting a lot... only certain teachers have managed to captivate me and I am very grateful to them and would like to try to make pupils like maths and English in turn.
I consider myself qualified in maths because I started with the maths specialty during my Bac S and then did 3 years of ECS prépa (today called ECG, in-depth maths option). Currently in college of economics I have a lot of applied math courses.
As for English, I have a Cambridge Assessment qualification attesting to my C1 level and all my courses at university are given in English.

About the lesson

Being a reservist and a volunteer firefighter, I am used to giving lessons to the youngest, knowing how to show pedagogy and repetition if necessary. I prefer to teach with a method of direct application: a lesson studied will immediately give rise to exercises related to it, particularly in mathematics. Regarding English, my school career taught me that not neglecting grammar was essential but that learning a language through its culture often made memorization easier. Thus, the course will either be oriented on grammar or on vocabulary learning via cultural themes.

Elle est très à l'écoute et attentive ainsi qu'organisée mais lors de l'acquisition de nouvelles notions il y a besoin de plus d'explications concrètes. Les définitions seules ne suffisent pas.

Je connais Manon depuis le lycée où nous avons été dans la même classe plusieurs fois, notamment en anglais. Très bon niveau en anglais, aussi bien à l'écrit qu'à l'oral et bonne culture générale du monde anglophone. Brillante en maths en prépa éco également. Je recommande chaleureusement Manon qui, en plus d'être parfaitement au niveau en anglais et en maths, est une personne fort sympathique :)
