About Carla
As an interior design student, I often find myself getting overwhelmed with projects and assignments, a strategy that I like to use to overcome that is interactive teaching. I love kid’s, improving their knowledge and making them more comfortable in a subject they might be struggling in. After I finish my degree in interior design I want to delve into real estate and eventually do property flipping. Re-designing broken down or potential beautiful properties. I am a creative person, most of the things I own I made myself e.g. clay plant pots, edamame wall hangers and embroidered clothing. I am not only there for tutoring but also to assist my students with any needs they have. The well being of the students is of top priority.

I not only want to do tutoring for experience and that extra edge that get’s me through my studies but i want to do it because I enjoy teaching and connecting with students. I want to grow with my students and see them thrive. Patience is a big aspect of a successful tutor lesson and one I pride myself on being good at. I install confidence into my students and want them to enjoy my lesson’s rather than dreading it. Some things I might not be as knowledgeable about but I guarantee it will be solved- together. Be aware I am a backer of the high five, when the timing seems right I will deal one occasionally.
