My teaching method is to explain by giving examples and making sure the student is able to carry out the task at hand. Until and unless the student is absolutely confident, we will not move on. I believe that to truly understand something, one must be able to explain it to an extent where someone who doesn’t know about it should understand it. I have acted as a peer mentor to younger students in the past for maths.
